- Decide how you want to build: start with a setting or with a diamond. We found it easier to start with the setting first, since it tells you which diamond shapes will fit the setting.
- After choosing your setting, narrow down the diamond shape, metal option and price range you’re looking for.
- Select the setting you like and choose from a list of different diamonds for sale. When choosing your diamond, consider the 4 C’s: cut, color, clarity and carat. If you’re not sure what the 4 C’s mean or what to look for, click on the small information icon for a quick and easy breakdown of each category.
- Once you choose your diamond, view the complete ring before adding to your cart. If you’ve chosen a carat size that doesn’t fit your setting properly, it will notify you so you can make the appropriate changes.

Antique Princess Cut Ring
To kick things off, we went straight for a princess cut ring. We found a beautiful antique-inspired setting in 14K white gold that allowed the nearly 1-carat diamond to shine with eight round cut diamonds on the side. This beautiful diamond was rated D for color, the highest and most colorless grade, and also the most expensive.
The cost of each ring is broken down into three parts, the setting price, the diamond price and the final cost, as shown below.

Twisted Shank Oval Ring
For a unique band, we found this beautiful twisted shank setting and paired it with a stunning oval diamond. It really allows the center diamond to take center stage with (literally) a unique twist. The .80 carat oval is set in 14K white gold and is also ranked D for color. The clarity is set at VS2, right in the sweet spot for clarity ratings (between VS2-SI1), meaning it has a few flaws in the diamond but it won’t be very noticeable to the naked eye.

Bezel Solitaire Ring
For gold lovers, this 14K yellow gold setting is simple yet stunning. The bezel setting ensures the greatest protection for your classic round diamond since the diamond sits deep into the setting. The plain gold band allows the focus to stay on the .30 solitaire diamond and was the most affordable on our list.

Hello, halo! This may have been one of our favorite engagement rings to build. The 14K white gold setting holds a stunning 1.4 carat pear diamond which was graded flawless in color and clarity. Add 29 round cut diamonds along the halo and band and you’re left with a beautiful, unique ring. We’re ready to add this flashy stunner to our cart right now! (It’s also the most expensive on our list but we can dream, right?)

Rose Gold Infinity Ring
If you’re a fan of rose gold, this one’s for you. This .40 carat round cut diamond has a super pretty 14K rose gold setting. The band features a twisted infinity on both sides with 46 multi row diamonds. It’s a dainty choice for the girl who wants some bling but doesn’t want something too big or flashy.

Emerald Halo Ring
Do you love a halo but want something affordable? This 18K white gold setting has a sleek band, allowing the diamonds to really sparkle. There were multiple diamond shape options to choose from for this setting, so we went with a beautiful .30 carat emerald cut diamond. Thirteen additional diamonds encircle the emerald to create that stunning halo effect.

3-Stone Round Cut Ring
Another favorite setting of ours is the 3-stone ring, but we really wanted to accent the center stone instead of having three diamonds of the same size. We found this 18K white gold setting and added a 1.5 carat round cut diamond to the center. Four round cut diamonds flank the center stone to give it a 3-ring look and feel. Both the setting and the size of the diamond were on the higher end, making this another splurge-worthy choice.

Our final ring was a truly unique creation that boasts vintage flair. We went with a classic 18K yellow gold setting and a scalloped halo center featuring a .40 carat cushion cut diamond.
