We don’t usually have programs for a vow renewal because there aren’t any attendants or bridal party to list and the ceremony is usually short and sweet without too much need for explanation. But, if you want to have one, you’ll have to wing it since there is no standard for this.

Since a vow renewal is not a wedding, and should not be treated as such as per etiquette, no one here can help you with planning this event. Sorry.

This isn’t a chat forum. It’s a place where experts in the wedding industry give wedding advice based on etiquette and years of planning experience.
There are many forums where you can ask other brides their opinions.

I have to chime in here. Please do not ask for what is appropriate if you don’t really want to know. All of us are committed to providing the very best advice to those who want to do what is appropriate and what is best for their guest’s experience.
A vow renewal is not a wedding. It is not treated the same, nor does it include traditional wedding elements, such as the program.
All of this information is also in every etiquette book written.
But, if you are not interested in what is considered proper and don’t mind what others may think, there are plenty of ‘high-five-slapping-do-whatever-you-want-if-it-makes-you-happy’ chat rooms out there. Someone in one of those rooms will probably have an example for you.
