As the groom, am I required to pay for my best man and groomsmen’ tuxedos or do they pay for it as being a part of our special day?

Groomsmen and best man usually pay for their own attire and accessories. Note that the tuxedo is formal evening attire, so if your wedding is not formal or after 5 PM you should check out other options. Any good formal wear shop should be able to steer you in the right direction.
